Payment Details and Procedures
1.1 Tuition fee are required to settle in full within one week prior to the commencement of the class. If you fail to pay the tuition fee on time, a late fee of $40 will be incurred, and your eligibility for attending the class may be cancelled.
1.2 The course fees are based on a 10-lesson (10-week) semester. For students who register and enroll in the middle of the semester, the tuition fee will be calculated based on the remaining number of classes in the semester. In case of statutory holidays occurring during the semester, the school may adjust or make up classes based on actual circumstances.
Refund Policy and Procedures
2.1 If a student decides not to attend the remaining classes due to personal reasons, the school will only provide refund services to students who have attended less than 3 classes. The school will refund half of the remaining tuition fee to the payment account. If a student has attended 3 or more classes , no refund will be provided. If a student has left the school and wishes to return for classes, they need to re-register, and the school will arrange their classes based on availability and class schedules.
2.2 If a student is absent from holiday camp classes, no make-up classes or refunds will be provided.
2.3 Student is allowed to take one leave of absence per semester due to health or other special reasons, and the school will arrange for one make-up class. All make-up classes will be conducted within the same semester, and only in classes with available seats, subject to the approval of the teacher.
2.4 If a student needs to take a leave of absence or adjust their class time due to special reasons, they need to notify Tomorrowland Academy in advance by chat, phone, or email at least 24 hours prior to the class.
2.5 The school may make adjustments and rotations to the teachers and class schedules based on the courses and class times each semester, and will notify students and parents in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
2.6 The school does not accept refunds requested due to teacher changes, and Tomorrowland Academy reserves the final interpretation right.
Health and Safety Policy
3.1 Tomorrowland Academy will not be responsible for any personal injuries or property losses that may occur on the school premises.
3.2 Tomorrowland Academy is committed to providing a safe learning environment for students and minimizing the risks of injuries. Teachers will take care of students during class time. After class, the staff will not have the time and obligation to take care of students.
Attendance Policy
4.1 Regular attendance is crucial for students' learning. Students are required to arrive at school on time to ensure classes start promptly.
4.2 If a student is late or absent without valid reason, it will be considered as an unexcused absence, and no makeup classes will be arranged.
Photography Policy
5.1 The school will take photos of students' artwork during class for promotional purposes on the official website or social media of Tomorrowland Academy.
5.2 Tomorrowland Academy suggests that parents can take photos of their children's artwork after class, and refrain from taking photos during class (while the class is in session) to avoid disrupting the class.
Privacy Law
6.1 Tomorrowland Academy will collect personal information of students through the enrollment form. According to the Privacy Law of 1993, you have the right to access and request correction of your information. All personal information forms will be kept in the office of Tomorrowland Academy.
Contact Information Requirement
7.1 It is the responsibility of parents to promptly notify Tomorrowland Academy of any changes in contact details, phone numbers, or email addresses of the students or their parents.
Group Classes and Private Lessons
8.1 Whether attending group classes or private lessons, students are required to fill out a personal information form and read and agree to the relevant regulations and terms of service of Tomorrowland Academy before the start of the course.
Termination of Classes
9.1 If a student maliciously damages or destroys the property of the school, or intentionally disrupts the class resulting in any class interruption that affects other students, Tomorrowland Academy reserves the right to dismiss the student and terminate their enrollment.
